Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care products are non-returnable once opened.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refunds are processed once the return is approved.
